I didn't know how effective a cookbook would be in audio format but it is actually really good. The book starts with lots of good recommendations about the types of foods to eat to reduce inflammation and then goes onto the recipes. I like that all the ingredients are listed at the start and with different measurement options (÷e.g. cups, grams and announces). You can easily pause and get all the ingredients ready at the start of cooking and then you get an audio guide through the steps of the recipe which is quick and easy to follow when you have all the ingredients already looked out.

I found this book to include so many delicious and very easy to follow recipes to start feeling your best. It all stems from the gut so you have to take good care. So many people don't realize how much inflammation they have until they don't have it anymore. I will be including these yummy recipes in my daily meals especially the no bake granola bites, so easy and make a great snack.
