Finally in Spanish!

I’ve been waiting for the Spanish version for so long! I’m so happy it’s here! The only thing I didn’t like was that the accent used for names and places was a US accent rather than how I’ve always imagined it and how it should be given that it’s based in the UK. I suppose too, that the accents for the characters didn’t reflect their regional culture, and for me that took away substantially from the characters especially Hagrid, but that would be imposible to translate and even if they could do it I probably wouldn't understand. Over all I loved it and can’t wait for the next ones to be released!

Great for anyone who speaks Spanish or is learning

Carlos Ponce's narration is wonderful, great intonation and clarity. He has fantastic range, an impressive arsenal of different voices for each character, it's very entertaining.

Occasional pronunciation of some place names is off, but it's forgivable considering the narration is in a different language altogether. Easily overlooked.

He escuchado en inglés y como estoy acostumbrado a Stephen Fry, quería una versión en español con la misma drama! Señor Ponce hizo excelente y me dejó con ganas por más!

Perfecto

This audio book has no flaws, the narration was absolutely beautiful, Carlos Ponce's voice is "heaven sent". Perfect for someone who is learning Spanish, helped me a lot.

Excellently read by the narrator

I listened as part of improving my Spanish ingredients listening skills. I changed it to 0.7 speed and found it the perfect level for me. Thank you

Dreadful voices for characters

I love the Harry Potter books and am learning Spanish, so this was a good way to improve my listening, except the character voices are are dreadful, though aren't in the sample clip. I will be trying to return this title, if I can work out how!

fue un excito, lo único que no me gustó es que Carlos Ponce tiene la costumbre de dar una voz fresa o del centro de México a los muchachos, pero me encantó todo. que bien que lo ofrezcan en español, ya valía de tiempo.
