Relaxing... refreshing!

The concept of gratitude meditation with delta waves is new to me. I found it an effective way to release stress and promote relaxation and sleep. The narrator perfectly complemented the inspirational material with the ideal voice and intonations to promote sleep.

Ideal for people who find it difficult to relax.

So relaxing

I am a terrible sleeper, it takes me so long to switch off and fall asleep at night. I downloaded this to help me relax and prepare for sleep and it really has helped. It puts my mind at ease and helps me fall asleep so much quicker. A game changer for my sleeping routine.

Very Relaxing, Peaceful, & Good for Concentrating!

What I like about this audiobook/music is that it helps you relax in a way that you can concentrate. Whoever feels like they need guidance to concentrate on something or just need to relax in a peaceful way, then this is a perfect audiobook to listen to. If you need to work on assignments or you just need one hour of music to sleep, you can use this audiobook/music. Very relaxing

We often don't value enough how good sleep is important to have quality life. If you have sleeping issues this audiobook can help you fall asleep faster. I loved the kind female voice supported by delta brain waves music and some nature sounds in background. This audiobook can help you to relieve stress and anger too.

Relaxing!

It provides a peaceful sound to sleep and relax which helped to get to a peaceful state and release stress and toxins from the system, the voice helps support the progress in a peaceful sleep and relaxing manner.

Just what I needed!

This was the perfect audiobook for drifting off to sleep. I will no doubt be using it over and over when I need to wind down, particularly on a Sunday evening to prepare for the week ahead. I also listened to the audiobook whilst studying as it allowed me to focus and relax at the same time!

Excellent Sleep Meditation book

The guided meditations in this book are so easy to follow and will definitely help you relax and have a better quality sleep. I also found that they can help you relieve stress and achieve a more peaceful mindset. Highly recommend to anyone dealing with sleep, anxiety or stress issues.

Great for a good nights sleep

I enjoyed using this audiobook to help me meditate and sleep. The author has used calming and peaceful music selected carefully to accompany the narration. I liked the content explaining what to do, how to relax and how to breathe. This book helped me to destress and get some great sleep over the past few days and I would recommend it to all.
