Questo poema in versi, scritto in una divertentissima lingua inventata mescolando vari dialetti del centro-sud, racconta le disavventure e gli amori di Scatòrchio, abitante di un ridente paese di campagna dalla collocazione imprecisata, il suo amore per Sirocchia, contesa con il rivale Cicerchio, la descrizione degli animali del luogo e degli altri abitanti del paese, la vicenda di una discarica - 'lu munnezzaru' - che 'lu gubierno' costruisce in loco in cambio di un ripetitore TV... Un affresco di straordinaria potenza comica e bellezza poetica, sostenute dall'interpretazione di Tiziano Scarpa, qui anche in veste di attore, che mescola cronaca quotidiana alla più nobile tradizione della poesia (in particolare quella più ironica e grottesca) e che fa del recital uno spettacolo godibilissimo da qualsiasi pubblico, semplice perché bello e bello perché semplice. Registrato al Teatro delle Maddalene di Padova nel dicembre 2006 per la rassegna Contrappunti a cura di Tam TeatroMusica il recital rappresenta senz'altro uno dei degli esperimenti più interessanti e innovativi di teatro-poesia oggi in Italia.
