Summary
Grace-Ella is thrilled when a black cat walks through their door. She’s always wanted a pet. But Mr Whiskins has a secret. On the ninth day of the ninth month of her ninth year, he tells Grace-Ella that she is a witch and can start learning magic with the Witches’ Council. My witches world

cute and a little funny
Narrator is a bit like Dawn French but overemphasis on almost every 3rd word makes it not restful and overly dramatic
,a few plot twists,with a few laughs.
Is similar to the Sabrina the Teenage Witch TV series (The older one,not the Netflix horror one)
Contains themes of bullying.
