Feels like a standalone not a LOG
This was a highly anticipated book for me so I don't know if the 4 stars is because of my loyalty to the series or because of the book.
On its own it is a strong standalone and got my emotions at various it points. The narration was great and it did keep me guessing about what happened at the start of the book.
However, it doesn't hit the marks like the other books in the series. The highs and lows aren't on the same level and the danger element is lack luster compared to other. I could, at times, "put the book down", which I guess is the opposite of the others.
I am glad I read it, but I most likely wouldn't re read it like the others.

my favorite couple EliAva
In this Book and Audiobook, we have Duet Narration, with my favorite narrator Shane eats my favorite couple in the Series since it was announced.
My god, I really have no words to talk about this book, but I'm going to try.
First I read this book in less than 24 hours during my work ignoring everything, I took my time with the book and went to sleep at 4:30 in the morning.
and one detail is that I love this feeling that Rina's books leave me with happiness and nervousness and I love every second it's such a feeling of euphoria that's why I'm addicted to Rina's books
Let's go to the Audiobook Review. which I was very happy to receive from Rina's team.
Shane and Sara are perfect, my god, there's no way to describe it, I already loved Rina's Audiobooks more now that she's improved and put them to Duet Narration, which was my only complaint, my god, now it's just perfection. May he continue like this.
I loved being completely taken by surprise by the story and this book does that very well.
because in the previous books there was no way to discover anything,
She went above and beyond with this story I was enchanted by this couple and they did not disappoint
Ava is my favorite, I already loved her personality, but her arc is so perfect. Yes, I cried with her and I don't cry with books. Her story touched me I really felt everything together with her
However, like everything in Rina's universe, it is done with care, as Ava's illness is related to her paternal grandmother.
Eli my man, my top 1 in the Series and top 2 in Rinaverse behind only his father Aiden.
The way Eli protects Ava, my god, they are so beautiful, I was so nervous reading this book and scared, because it is very distressing and I wanted to see them together but I love couples who don't fall in love easily, that's why I love Rina I like difficulty and this couple has that.
Best things in the book
Eli at all times, I love his chapters, I love being in his mind, everything about him, in fact, he is very sarcastic, I love it.
Cecily and Ava Friendship
Ava having her children, my heart couldn't handle so much cuteness, I was so happy I was afraid I wouldn't be able to. Do you realize that we have two King twins, my god, I need to meet them
Eli saying that she is so beautiful that it hurts to look at her.
Seriously, there were so many things I loved about this book that it's very difficult

End of an era - Started and ended with a King
Holy moly!
This story pulled me under, destroyed me and put me back together again.
Eli and Ava forever!
if you've read the other LOG series and the others in this entire Elite and Kings U universe then this will not disappoint.
I'm gutted it's ended but I'm so glad I lived it

Heartbreakingly beautiful
This book broke my heart and put it back together. Eli, the man he is. And Ava, oh my god, this girl. I did not expect anything that happened in this book and I loved every second of it. Shane East the singlehandedly the BEST man out there to bring the King men to life and Zara Hampton-Brown did such an amazing job as usual. A great experience all in all.

Going to miss these characters
This is the last book in the Legacy of Gods series and the last book in the Rinaverse....for now. It follows Eli and Ava, and while it can be read as a standalone, it's definitely best to read the rest of the series first to avoid potential spoilers since this takes place years down the line.
Eli and Ava broke me, ripped my heart right out of my chest. I sobbed, I smiled, I kicked my feet. I absolutely love them. They are definitely up there in my all time favorite Rinaverse couples (I have a lot of favorite Rinaverse couples). Definitely make sure to check triggers with this one.
AND THE ENDING!!! It was such a perfect ending. Not going to say much more cause no spoilers.
I got the audiobook for this and I loved it so much. As always, Rina picked the perfect narrators for this book. That's no surprise, the Rinaverse audiobooks are definitely some of my all time favorite audiobooks. Audio is always the way to go with Rina Kent books. They just never fail. Shane East and Zara Hampton-Brown were the perfect Eli and Ava.
I'm so sad to leave these characters behind, but I'm so excited for the next chapter from Rina!! I mean dark hockey romance?? Say less. Can't wait for the next rollercoaster from Rina!!

“I can’t trust myself to live without my wife anymore.”
GOW is now been added to my favourite Rina Kent book. It sits right along side God of Fury as a favourite now.
This story felt different to all the other books I’ve read/listened to by Rina.
Ava story touches on subjects that I haven’t read before on this scale. Ava suffers with psychosis. And I think Rina told her story really well. Ava story felt real and the way Eli copes and understands her needs made the story raw and authentic.
I liked that all the other characters took a back seat in this story. They are there but not as involved which I actually preferred. This was their story. Their bubble and I loved reading it. 🫧
I really recommend the audio. It’s literally like being in their heads. And with this being such a deep story listening to it is the best experience.
@shaneeastreads has to be my top male audio narrator. He just gets it right every time. He is chef kiss, at the emotional times, the hard times and them spicy times. @zara_hamptonbrown was the perfect Ava. She brought her story to life.

Great book, a must! Just felt odd in the whole LOG series
I can't believe the Legacy of Gods series has come to an end! I listened to the audiobook while reading on my Kindle, and this final book was very different from the previous ones. I loved all the crumbs we got about the other couples throughout the story. My heart went out to both Ava and Eli; Eli did his best to help Ava in the way he thought was right and I cried so much near the end.
I gave this book 4 stars because although there were multiple things I didn’t like, there were still all those small parts that made me so happy or laugh. And I think its still a very good book it just had some ‘disconnections’ for me.
This problem for me with the book compared to the other was that this book felt so different from the rest of the series, almost like a complete standalone. The setting was different which I guess felt odd. I mean GOF was also very different but still felt very much part of LOG series, this book did not. Also Ava seemed like a completely different person from the one we knew in the earlier books.
Additionally, the pacing felt slow at times, with most of the action happening towards the end. Unlike the other books in the series that held my attention throughout, this one had me waiting for something significant to happen.

Love this series🖤
Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed the long-awaited story of Eli and Ava. Ava's vibrant personality shines through despite her mental struggles, and Eli's possessiveness adds an intriguing dynamic to their relationship.
I love the way Eli handles Ava when she gets bratty🤪
As always Shane & Zara’s performances were fabulous 😊

Amazing
By so far the best book of Rina and best performance of Shane East! The roughnesses in his voice captured the almighty Eli King so well!
