Summary

Engrossed by the short lives of innocent victims, Stowers uses The Girl in the Grave...and Other True Crime Stories to tell the tales of devastated parents dealing with evil forces and unanswered questions that invaded their once normal lives, and the effect on the law enforcement officers duty-bound to involve themselves in such evil and troubling situations, investigating and seeking resolve and justice.

Bite size Stories

Enough info in each short story to make you feel you haven't been cheated, narrator has warm and educated dialect and the stories are varied, non generic, a lot of book for a modest price.

Great True Crime

If you enjoy true crime books that are a collection of various crimes instead of the whole book being just about one then this is the book for you. It was well written, well researched and contained various crimes I hadn't heard about before. It held my attention and keep me interested. I would recommend this book to listeners who enjoy true crime.

This book was given to me at my request in exchange for my honest and unbiased review.

Not What I Expected

The title story was a good one.
The rest is a rambling account of various lawyers lives and tidbits of cases.
I didn't finish it and will ask to return it.
I've read/listened to Carlton Stowers full-length books and they are much better.
Narrator was good.

Took too long to get into the story!

Lost interest. Took too long to get into the story!

Josh Brogadir did a good job narrating.

I was given this free review copy audiobook at my request and have voluntarily left this review.
