If this book wasn’t for you, who do you think might enjoy it more?

I am a professional hypnotherapist and downloaded this as a treat given I spend do much of my time hypnotising others. The hypnotic induction (if you can even call it that) is awful and shows a complete lack of skill. Telling someone to 'relax, calm, release' is NOT hypnosis. There was NO sensory language, NO deepened hypnotic state, NO presuppositions, No use of metaphor.....NOTHING that constitutes hypnosis. The words she used were very direct and not indirect hypnotic language. This is not a professional hypnotherapist or someone skilled at the art of hypnosis. Do not waste your money.

How could the performance have been better?

Had she been a trained professional in the art of hypnosis. She may claim to be but as a fellow hypnotherapist, this was NOT hypnosis or hypnotic language.
