This book made me feel like getting active was actually possible again. The exercises are gentle, clear, and designed with seniors in mind. I had been looking for easy exercises since I broke my femur 18 months ago. This book is perfect for me. The simple exercises are easy to understand, well-illustrated, and fun to do.

My goal is to be able to walk one block with safe balance, strength and no pain. I believe this book will help me accomplish that in about 45 days. Repetition of the specific exercises builds confidence in me. Each day I do the planned pose and hold it for 15 seconds longer. If I have pain, I stop and assess what is causing my pain. By specifically studying my pose to the book's poses, I am able to move enough to stop the pain.

This book is well worth every minute of Pilates using a wall in your own home,

I can highly recommend this book and have recommended it to my friends and family.

My 83-year-old Aunt is still going to Pilates classes, and she looks amazing for her age. However, my mum can't move very far, so this seemed like a great option.
