Agile Management is useful
This helped me be more productive, Agile Management is useful not only for managers but there are many more areas which the ideologies of it can be used, it is applicable in everyday life as well. Easy to understand
I am continually troubled with adjusting venture scope, cost, quality, workforce, detailing, risk, and adjusting as prerequisites change. I like how agile project management separates these mind-boggling duties among three agile parts which make it less difficult and less distressing for me.
