Interesting information

This title peaked my interest, and it paid off. The low price made the 45 minute short-read (or listen) totally worth it. Martin Howard touches on the effects of a smaller frontal lobe, the different regions in the brain, and how we are controlled by this complex area in our head.

Interesting book

I love books like this, with information about the human brain and the most important ways to control ourselves.

Wow!

Even though I enjoyed the narrative by Natalie, I would say the grant power of this book lies in the content and informational anecdotes. Martin Howard has done a wonderful job in just 45 minutes to describe the frontal lobe, the overlapping definition of the prefrontal cortex, its functions, and its importance in our lives.

I recommend this book because it gives you greater insights in the anatomy of the human brain, which is something I was always interested in anyway, but I think by understanding this concept, based on science, one could very well have more control over appetites, emotions, etc.

As I've struggled understanding myself since my brain surgery in the frontal lobe, but now understand myself better! recommending this one for everyone that had a brain damage. Best part is that it's only 45min!
