Summary
Halloween: Vor Fredenbülls Küste zieht ein bedrohlicher Herbststurm auf, die Bootsverbindung zur Hallig Westeroog ist unterbrochen. In dem alten Hallig-Hotel befinden sich drei Gäste sowie Praktikantin und Polizistentochter Tadje. Während der Wind immer heftiger um das Gemäuer pfeift, taucht in den Hotelfluren ein unheimlicher Maskenmann auf, der alle Gäste in Angst und Schrecken versetzt.
Unterdessen wird Fredenbüll von einer Einbruchserie erschüttert. Als dann auch noch die Tante vom Schimmelreiter tot in dessen geliebtem Ford Mustang sitzt, gibt es wieder viel zu tun für Dorfpolizist Thies Detlefsen.
