Summary
Welcome, neighbor!
Julie Prentice and her family move across the country to the idyllic Mount Adams district of Cincinnati, hoping to evade the stalker who's been terrorizing them ever since the publication of her bestselling novel, The Murder Game. Since Julie doesn't know anyone in her new town, when she meets her neighbor John Dunbar, their instant connection brings measured hope for a new beginning. But she never imagines that a simple, benign conversation with him could set her life spinning so far off course.
We know where you live....
After a series of misunderstandings, Julie and her family become the target of increasingly unsettling harassment. Has Julie's stalker found her, or are her neighbors out to get her, too? As tension in the neighborhood rises, new friends turn into enemies, and the results are deadly.

A look into the mind of a psychopath
At the most basic level Fractured is about disagreements between neighbors. Only one is a psychopath writer and the other a homeowners association president with a determination to control. It is the mildest psychological thriller I have ever listened to. There is little suspense. Narration is excellent. There are too many really excellent novels of this genre to listened to this novel. NOT RECOMMENDED.

Stalked: Is It Me???
What made the experience of listening to Fractured the most enjoyable?
The narrators, they made the book.
What other book might you compare Fractured to and why?
I don't know there's so many stalking books out there, they're getting to be all the same in one way or another. Don't get me wrong, this is a serious issue, I've had a friend who was "stalked!" The thing is that very rarely do you come across a book that actually "CAPTURES" this issue, and one that I have read is " THE BOOK OF YOU!! Now there's a book that leaves you thinking....
What about the narrators’s performance did you like?
Cindy made me laugh, Susan, there was something about her voice I thought I knew, and John's was the logical one.
If you were to make a film of this book, what would the tag line be?
When moving, Check out your neighbors!!!
Any additional comments?
Change the book cover- tacky 😱

almost quit- finished, but book wont stick with me
Is there anything you would change about this book?
the beginning is very confusing, its switches back and forth with no different narration. I was up to Chapter 14 and was still very confused. Who was speaking? Who was where? Not great character development to differentiate. It was ok

Good story
Good story but kind of confusing. There was too much flashing back and forth in time. Hard to keep up.

Very surprised!
I ‘read’ 5-7 books a week and totally binged on this one. Thoroughly enjoyed the main characters, most being sympathetic enough to cheer for. Oddly it’s not full of action but written in a way that I wanted to absolutely know what would happen next. The actors were amazing as well, like a cherry on top. Looking forward to more from this writer. Worth a credit

Entertaining listen
Enjoyed the multicast audio and the story. Although the ending was a bit flat. I expected a big wow moment, which I didn’t get
