Interesting points, definitely worth a listen

The first two chapters are excellent however the chapters on social media platforms needs updated as things have moved on a bit. Saying that, it’s really worth listening to.

Worth a listen just incase you learn something.

Any experienced salesmen would know most of this already, although it's always good to acknowledge the points again. There are however a few nuggets in this and even if you learnt 1 new thing I think its worth the listen. only 3 hours long too.

Amaizing for first time internet users of 2010

If you can travel back in the past then the book will be of great help.
This won't help you at all in 2024 and beyond
