Great book!

I'm a 46 year old woman, and since puberty, I have always had a weight problem. Stress eating has always been one of my issues, and that is always a vicious circle that just causes more stress eating and makes you want to give up trying to get healthy. I started using the techniques in this book about a week ago, and I already feel different! The explanations are easy to understand, and they make is easy to get started. I am excited to keep going with the meditations and keep progressing in my weight loss. The narration is easy to understand and listen to. Highly recommend!

Made for people with personalities like mine!!

I am nervous about getting a professional to hypnotize me. In this audiobook the author guides you through sessions and the author picked the perfect person to voice her book. The person was very calming. Not only that but the core principles in this book can be applied to many applications. As an example a person could use it to build confidence. In my opinion, books like this are a blessing to society.
