finally a solution that sticks
I have always had yo-yo weight issues until I found this book. This book shows you how to retrain your thinking into not just a calories-in-calories-out way of thinking. You work through the triggers and find creative ways to tell yourself you don't need this and not just get down on yourself. The book is well written, and the audio is easy to understand and follow even when in the car. If your needing something different to get off the yo-yo, this is it.

I'm actually eating better!
I’ve always struggled with diets and feeling guilty about food, but the techniques here actually helped me chill out and eat more mindfully. Empowering and motivating
This is the 2nd book in this series and I have loved both audiobooks. Very empowering and motivating because the book has helped me to understand my limiting beliefs and why I have the eating habits that I do. Instead of just thinking about weight loss- I am thinking about eating healthier to take care of myself emotionally and physically. The guided meditations and affirmations have made such a big difference in my mindset, making it easier for me to stick to healthier habits. I have been an emotional eater for a long time, my go to was always soda and candy. The more I listen to the affirmations and the guided meditations I feel more in control of my cravings and it has been easier to recognize why I am craving sugar and choose a better option when I get stressed. I am being more patient with myself as I create these new habits ,and I am more motivated to achieve my goals. Love the guided meditations- I feel better after listening to them. Great book!
