I have had IBS for years. Some events are worse than others, but I am ready to try and fix it without horrible medications. This book was my guide. It is well researched and written; the audio is easy to follow. I enjoyed the science of the gut-brain axis and how it can be altered by improving my diet. I do feel loads better, have fewer events, and my energy levels are through the roof. I would definitely recommend this if you tried Linzess and it was horrible.
