I felt a change in my eating habits after one listen, but I have waited a week before reviewing in case it was a fluke.

A short recording but very powerful. Amazing relaxation imagery and script. I only listened to it once and I felt that my attitude to eating as an emotional prop changed. I will continue to listen each day.. The only think I disliked was the last “chapter” in which Craig Beck promoted his other hypnosis recordings.

I read the reviews on others that looked good at first glance and they were so obviously fake I was shocked! I’ve listened to this guy before so bought what I knew, and am very happy. It may not be as long as some of the others but 50 fake reviews makes me wonder just how genuine the product actually is, Amazon really need to fix this 😩

Craig Beck has a good hypnosis voice. Find it easier to get in a trance like state listening to Craig than Paul McKenna. Craig chooses powerful topics that many people really need help with
