Amazing incite and strategies!

This book has it all! I was surprised by the impact my diet has on menopause. I have been struggling for a few years to manage my symptoms with medication but now I feel empowered and more knowledgeable about how what I do daily with food and exercise I might be able to sleep through the night! Game changer!

This audiobook will help counteract those crazy symptoms and body changes during menopause. It can feel like your body is out of control and not your own. With this book, you take back control of those hot flashes, mood fluxes, and weight gain through the strategies and tips inside. It includes an entire body overhaul with 3 different diet plans, exercise routines, and how-to-find support. I so appreciated the personal anecdotes, stories and scientific research to back up the information. Just what I needed

The reason I loved this book is because it is totally relatable. The explanations of all the hormone changes and what can be done to help gave me some hope to help with my symptoms. I really enjoyed the holistic strategies to help along with how changing your diet is beneficial. This book covers multiple strategies for better health as far as diet, stress management, mindfulness, exercise routines, conducting self-assessments and more. It really covers everything in one book to help you feel better as you are going through the next phase of womanhood.

Loved it!

I truly needed this book! It opened my eyes to the fact that I had been accepting menopausal symptoms as inevitable and unknowingly sacrificing my quality of life when, in reality, there’s so much I can do to manage and reduce them.

The content is rich and packed with useful information—I know I’ll be going back to re-listen to a few chapters. While I might disagree with the ‘effortless’ part in the title, this book delivers on science-backed solutions to regain your physical and mental vitality.
