Dr Michael Mosley is always good to listen to.

This interview gives a broad brush perspective of his writing to date. I have read all his books and follow his nutritional/healthy eating/living advice.

I hope he investigates the impact of stress and the various forms of meditation/mindfulness in the future.

Fascinating

A great introduction to the science and research behind Dr. Michael Moseley's work. A brief explanation is given of what is involved in his weight loss and improved nutrition and health plans. I have read the 5:2 but have now downloaded the Fast 800 and Clever Guts. Michael Moseley is fascinating to listen to and I am looking forward to listening to the Fast 800 next.

I think very highly of Michael Mosley overall, and this is a brief sample of his work at present. He is trustworthy, with his knowledgeable background, to examine and present evidence of reliable researchers. I enjoyed this brief interview as much as I appreciate the information he shares in other media.
