Summary
While out celebrating her 21st birthday, Angelina Drake finds herself immersed in a curse that goes back generations, to the time when the first Djinn terrorized the world. She has to fight for her life and her friends when an old evil comes knocking. The wishes of the people around her just complicate the situation as she can hear them all, spoken or not. When she finds herself with wings as a result of an errant wish, she must enlist the help of some new friends to try to end the curse that plagues her line.

A whole new world
Get it? A whole new world? Cause it's about genies and wishing... no? Okay then. Ahem. Hmm how best to describe this... the story is amazing as always. The story of one angel and her little mouse as they they try not to get killed or captured by evil baddies while also dealing with the fact of a centuries old curse that is tied to angel in some way. (Trying not to give spoilers here) the voice acting is... different. Not bad at all I have just been used to one voice throughout the other books and hearing a different one, well my brain had to re-adjust. The performance itself really isn't bad and I thoroughly enjoyed the voices and accents. I think the narrator did a remarkable job with this one. So give it a hear and a read and enjoy :D

Fantastically Fun
This was such a fun listen. The narrator was brilliant at bringing these sassy characters to life. I love the banter and friendship. I am totally invested in Angels journey and can't wait to read more in this series and from this author

Awesome, I am worried about Erixk though, .
The book is just Awesome, Perfectly written with three strong female characters. All cool, but troubled in their own way. What worries me is Erik, his last few novella have been perfect but sad and I worry is he very sad and in need of love. I know I write my feeling when I write. Is Erik writing his.
