Uplifting and Powerful Book
Amazing book. Really peaceful to listen to and very thought provoking. Reinstalls faith and has lots of exercises and meditations to try. Truly inspirational. Doreen has a lovely calming and soothing voice and is deeply knowledgeable. Thank you xx

this is amazing it explains so much
