Fully recommend
I was helped and encouraged with a good blend of scripture based thoughts for meditation.
The bite sized sections were just right for my concentration levels and well read .
An audio book suitable and worthy of re listening so that the message to improve our prayer lives can have it's effect.

critical to the Christian life
Wen I shrink back in my prayer life. I suffer needlessly in so many ways that go undetected by myself but only for a season. But eventually I show signs of spiritual sickness. Whenever that happens I read this book to remind myself of the value of prayer! Chapter 19 in the audio, chapter 18 in the printed book, "pray by the Spirit" is critical!

Helpful
Book has wonderfully easy to read explanation of various aspects of prayer to mediate on and offers multiple examples from the Bible with many references. The book is relatively short which added to my enjoyment.
