I love this book so much and I love the whole series!
I love the voice that Helen Lacey gave king rat.

Toxic stuff

I was horrified to hear this story. It teaches little girls about tricking men into marriage, about men valuing only beauty in a woman and essentially beauty being the only quality that matters in a woman. These books should be removed from the audible library. I am beyond disgusted.
