A great listen
I enjoyed this very much. I found the first book in the series a little hard to keep up with, due to the many different ‘plum in mouth’ voices Helen had to deal with! This one however, was more normal than plum and it was a great listen. It was gentle, no swearing, no over the top violent descriptions! The inclusion of Miss Potter, I loved! I’m excited for the next one in the series though I do hope Sir Charles stops the laid back suitor now! The early forensics are great too. Thank you Robin and Helen it was great

Enjoyable
I’m quite enjoying this series but the two main characters aren’t clicking for me. The male character in particular is so under drawn that I fail to see why the heroine is attracted to him. One note to the publisher-the main character of these books is a woman so why is the series named after the bloke?
