Summary

In Michael Krügers Roman "Das Irrenhaus" meint ein Erbe, er könne sich von seinem Job als Archivar befreien und zieht in eine freigewordene Wohnung seines geerbten Mietshauses, in der vorher ein Schriftsteller lebte. Der ist spurlos verschwunden. Erhält aber immer noch Post. Der Erbe liest diese Post und es geht eine merkwürdige Verwandlung in ihm vor, die in die Katastrophe zu führen droht.
