This Christian suspense/thriller was way too dark.
The author is talented. She captures your attention and creates main characters you love, but the bad guys are dark and evil. Christian novels usually do not have the main character getting repeatedly tortured and raped. Books one and two were bad enough, but this book was horrible. I do not like to put thoughts in my mind like those in this book. I won’t be reading any more by this author.

Holly’s story continues …
Riveting story and hasn’t lost anything in the 3rd book
Holly endures more suffering suspense looms in every page.
It makes you wonder did the author experience some of this in her life

Speechless
I am literally without words. Few other authors have written a story so well that I was left feeling like family to the characters in a story. Highly recommend and eagerly awaiting the next book.

Love the “Holly” novels. I have listened to all 3 so far and have rifled through them quickly because they captured me. Also this narrator is wonderful.

Well Done
I listened to this one out of sequence, but glad I listened to. I would hate to imagine anyone having to experience a life such as hers. Collin was truly the devil. A great listen.

disappointed
Really disappointed with this ending...really loved the first two but this took a twisted turn. I skipped a few chapters to get to the end because I couldn't take it anymore but the end was disappointing.

All 3 Stories are fantastic
It helped me understand the battle people have with this kind of abuse , the worst that has ever happened is an accident when I lost a leg, but that is nothing like Holly. AND God never left my side, even in the hardest days

Traumatized
Major overkill on the trauma. The story would’ve been a lot better without the never ending trauma and Constant stupid decisions by Holly.

Terror and Unconditional Love
Most books you read or listen to one time and move on. The characters in this series as well as the stories keep me reading and or listening to all the Holly novels at least once a year. C.C. Warrens is literally my favorite author. I love the narrator as well.
