Worth sticking with
I was more than a little skeptical half way through chapter 2 (Audiobook). Saying thank you to a chair for allowing me to sit down seemed a strange approach. I have now listened to the book twice and read the CL Handbook. I think I am slowly getting it. A recommended read (listen) for critical thinkers who are willing to maintain an open mind.

A practical philosophy for living
I have been reading a lot of writings on stoic philosophy and this practical and rational outlook for dealing with emotions fits well.

Thought provoking learning experience
Greatly read, one of the best narrations I’ve heard.
Interesting concepts of two different quite different Japanese schools of thought mixed into a third one.
