He describes all of the minutiae of interaction, be it with co-workers, employees, bosses, or personal relationships.

Listening to Worthley it’s clear that he practices his own philosophy. He is an engaging speaker without ever making the listener feel talked down to. He is not a teacher; he is a coach and as such he looks to lead you into "deepening your own learning".
