Summary

Merry Christmas from Jodi Taylor. It's time for St Mary's traditional Christmas jump - even though it's only September...

St Mary's has never lacked for enemies, but danger has never been closer to home. A state of war has broken out between St Mary's and the Women's Institute - the Raffia Mafia.

Markham, Max, Peterson and Miss Sykes must jump to Restoration London in search of real Christmas pie - the honour of St Mary's is at stake.

At least that how it all begins, but this is St Mary's after all...

History and Christmas make a fantastic combination

I loved how so many previous titles were mentioned during the story, and the narrator, did a fantastic job keeping Markham’s accent throughout

Another fabulous Christmas jump

As always, Jodi and Zara team up on Audible to give us a rolicking adventure from the historians, etc of St Mary's. It's always nice when we meet the Time Police and Smallhope and Pennyroyal as well.
A bit of fun, a bit of tears and an all round wonderful Christmas short. As usual!

Christmas tradition

the short story from Jodi Taylor about the disaster magnets at St. Mary's has become my favourite Christmas tradition .It wouldn't be Christmas without Max , Markham and various other persons from various periods in time or organisations from the same time . . .you'll have to read/listen to one (or all of them to understand) anyway more power to Jodi's elbow and the voice of Miss Rahm

Fantastic Christmas tale with a ghostly twist.

Absolutely loved this Christmas book from Jodi.
She sure knows how to spin a good yarn. And her ghost stories are pretty darn good too.

Markham is my favourite

Worth it, purely for another part of Markham’s story. Love him, and love how his story came full circle

Fantastic again!

Always the highlight of my Christmas listening. Another installment of st Mary's chaos with Markham as the narrator, Brilliant little spotlight on his past at the end. Loved it.

Another winner

Turmoil when St. Mary’s Mrs Mack is challenged by the ‘Raffia Maffia’ over the best Christmas Pie. She tasks Markham and Maxwell to finding the perfect pie.

Various Time Travellers (Don’t let Dr Bairstow hear you say that) bounce to 1661 where things don’t always go smoothly.

Max and Markham are still the dream team, long may Jodi Taylor and Zara Ramm entertain us..
