I didn’t think chair yoga would help much, but this book really changed that. It’s not only for older folks, I enjoyed it too. It helps to move better without making the body hurt after. You can get stronger even while just sitting down, which kinda surprised me. It’s slow and easy, but you still know you did something good for your body. If you been too tired or sore to exercise, this is a nice way to still take care of yourself.
