A huge collection of exercises especially the chair exercise. I am so glad that I try this audiobook, I am more than happy to share this with my relatives. Exercise can be a good bonding, especially with this audiobook as our guide.

Great 2 in 1 book!
2 in 1 book that will cater to the needs of every seniors out there. This is also accessible, specially for individuals who have limited mobility! The author provided clear and step-by-step guidance that made it easy to follow along. Overall, I think this is the best option if you are looking for a low impact workout!

Totally Worth it!

A must for seniors!
Regardless of our age, it is a must to invest some of our time to improve our physical health. This resource is a gem! It will enhance your knowledge and posture. I find this one helpful, especially since I can do it at home.

Suited for seniors!
This is a great starting point for seniors to improve themselves. Through exercises, it will enhance your mobility and even gives you that sense of clarity. The poses are also safe and effective. Definitely a great way to stay active while seated.

This Book Helped Me Gain Strength Without the Gym!

If you want to relax on chair you might need this!
Being Mindful and doing Chair Yoga techniques became my daily practice. The book offered a series of poses combined with mindfulness techniques, allowing me to focus on the present moment and let go of stress and anxiety. It's a win for me and I highly recommend it not just for seniors like me but also to others (no age required I guess!)
