Enjoyed listening to this!

This audiobook is amazing for older people who want to stay active without doing crazy workouts. The chair exercises are simple and easy to follow, and you can do them right from your chair!

The author explains everything so clearly, and the stretches really help with joint pain, balance, and strength. I like that it includes breathing tips and meditation too, which helps with stress. It’s perfect for anyone who feels stiff or finds normal exercise hard. I definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to stay strong and healthy as they get older!

Great to listen but better with PDF

I've been looking for ways to get my folks moving again and these chair exercises have been perfect. Especially given i just let them listen to it. The routines are super easy to follow, and the illustrations make it all clear, Its really good that the PDF is included to see those illustrations. It is very comprehensive, here's me hoping for my folks to be more flexible and moving again in the coming year.

This book goes above and beyond exercises

I really enjoyed this audiobook, but what I was particularly impressed with was how thorough the author was. There are multiple different types of exercises covered, and they are all well-explained and easy-to-follow. I can see how following the recommended routines here would make a big difference for anyone who is looking to improve their mobility or maintain their mobility as they age. But more importantly, these are all very safe to do and you don't have to get up and down from the floor to do them. The author also offers helpful tips and advice on lifestyle choices that can help as well, such as dietary changes you can make. If you are looking for a great set of exercises that are easy to follow and can make a difference with your mobility, I think you'll find this book to be very helpful.
