An overall good book, with some annoying parts

This is an interesting book that has some excellent ideas and suggestions. I enjoyed ìt but some of the chapters could be shorter. The writer has made each chapter the same length, however this has made her repeat herself too much in certain ones. I suspect the ones she didn't have much to say about the individual character. I think it was noticeable with the narrated version, because you can skip sections of the written one.
The narrator was good, didn't exaggerate her words, clearly spoken.
