Deep, Sobering, Empowering

First of all, I've gotta say, the cover of this title got me in the heart! It's hard to see your loved ones not thinking like they used to. And my wife and I having aging parents, we want to do all we can for them.

For that reason, I love that prevention was a section in this listen. I see my parents making lifestyle changes already and that was encouraging.

Overall, a really great listen to prepare for this important time of life.
