Exactly what I was looking for.

The affirmations were perfect as they bring me instant calm, hope, courage,... and thus helps a lot to put me in a state of deep relaxation relatively quickly. The performance is really good and the background music makes the experience as heaven on earth for me. A big thank you to the team that made this audiobook, it is a big help 🙏

Very calming

This has great affirmations, I usually listen to this audiobook before bed and it really helps me clear my mind and get into sleepy mode, as I usually struggle with overthinking and racing thoughts. Great audiobook.

Nice, very calming

The music is very calming and the affirmations are powerful. I often listen to it when I go to bed at night. I find it relaxing and they help me fall asleep. It’s a nice way to end the day.

So relaxing

This audiobook is sooooo relaxing: the voice, the music, everything! And the affirmations are truly original. I wouldn’t have come up with them myself but I felt my brain relaxing a little bit more with each of them. I love that there are really 300 different ones too! No repeat. I will definitely listen to it regularly.
