A fascinating and detailed listen

I've always been fascinated by CBT, especially as someone that deals with depression,anxious tendencies and whatnot. This audiobook blew me away with information. I've had conversations with various mental health professionals over the years about cognitive behavioral therapy and while I had a vague understanding of it.

Highly recommend

I really liked this audiobook. I found so much good information and I highly recommend it. I found myself taking tons of notes. I have read books on Depression before but this was my first book on CBT for Depression. I was afraid I would get bogged down with too much technical or scientific information but that wasn't the case! I will be recommending it to my friends!
