Summary
From USA Today bestselling author Roxy Sinclaire comes a dark trilogy.
Camilla is everything I want, but she doesn’t know the real me. All she knows is what she’s heard and read in the tabloids. If I can’t make her see the truth, there’s no telling what will happen.
I want Camilla all to myself, but my reputation as a womanizer has done its work...but it’s not my reputation. It’s my brother’s that she has to be worried about. Adrien is charming on the outside, but when he gets comfortable, people get hurt. Women get hurt.
But I have to let Camilla find that out for herself, no matter how much it hurts to watch her with him. All I can do is be here for her when she discovers the truth, and hope that it doesn’t take too long for her to see him for who he really is.
Buried Obsession is the first book in the Obsession trilogy. The story of Camilla and Samuel continues in Tangled Obsession.

Dark & Intense
This is an intense tale about a woman torn between two brothers. The storyline is brilliant, loaded with secrets, jealousy, obsession, and suspense. There are definitely dark elements to this story, along with unexpected twists and turns. The narration by Amber Bray is excellent; I enjoyed her performance and the overall audiobook. What I loved about this book is that Camilla is a fighter and she refuses to accept anything other than the right man for herself. She was dedicated and I loved her resilience.

Dark and delicious
This story threw me but I enjoyed being surprised! Liking the guys but struggling with the heroine. I like a nice strong character. I had a hard time getting into the story but not sure what was missing. Intriguing but not addictive. The narrator was okay.

Has potential
So this story has potential to really good but it suffers from a few things. This book feels like it was written from a very new writer just learning their craft and the lack of development of the characters, world building, plot and awkward dialogue show it. I think it would have really benefited from a good editor and some strong Beta readers for commentary. The narration also was not the best and it would have been better if the narrator were better at doing both male and female voices.
The story line was good and if the author would consider redoing the book in the future with some edits it has the potential of being at least 4 stars.

Dark Obsession
Camilla is a woman that is torn between twin brothers. Adrien and Samuel are two brothers one is light and the other is dark. Camilla wants to discover the truth between the two the suspense of this story is interesting. This was a god story but Camilla Character was hard to deal with at times. Amber Bray did a great job of narrating this story.

Dark & Suspenseful
This was a great start to the Dark Obsession series! Camilla falls for Samuel, but ends up with Adrian, his twin. Things are going great until they become obsessive and dark and they just continue to get darker. I wasn’t a big fan of Camilla honestly because she continues to give Adrian multiple chances to change his ways/ become a better person, more than anyone should. The story and characters were well developed and I liked Camilla’s mother and her concern and protectiveness for her daughter. I also liked Adrian and Samuel’s younger sister and how she connected with Camilla. I really enjoyed how different Adrian and Samuel are once the truth is revealed and you can’t help but feel for Samuel and how bad he’s had it/ had to endure because of him. This book was filled with angst, fear, jealousy, romance, and suspense and left me needing book two to see what happens next!
Amber did a great job with this narration! She managed to bring the angst, emotions, and tension to life and kept me in suspense the whole time.

Audiobook Obsession
I had a very hard time staying interested in this book. It was confusing from time to time. I think it needed more action or maybe suspense. Things happened with no explanation and I had questions about it. I wish I could have gotten more.

Different and still enjoyed it!
I knew this book would a cliffhanger before I started. That being said, I enjoyed listening to it. The story drew me in and kept me focused on the book. The book is not what I expected, it was better. The book was well written, and the narration was done well. Looking forward to book 2.

Had Me on the Edge of My Seat!!!
The author Roxy Sinclaire surely wanted to leave us with a HELL of a cliffhanger, and that she did. I was like biting my nails, wanting more, hoping I was going to get just a little bit more, before it all came to the end of book 1.
Book 1 was well written with suspense, action, some mystery and a sample of what to expect from Book 2.
The narrator Amber Bray did a fine job with various of characters. I definitely recommend this book to others.

Twisted Billionaire Brothers
I wouldn’t necessarily categorize this as a dark read. I think it may really kick off in the second book. I mean the end... it’s a great set up for book 2.
Amber Bray is starting to really grown on me as a narrator.
The idea of being caught between billionaire brothers is super appealing until one is a deviant. I have some questions about the plot and character development I hope are answered in the next two books. I will say this is the first “dark romance” I’ve ever read that believed I could live through with my sanity intact.

Buried Obsession
This is the first book in the trilogy. The main character finds herself in a love triangle between two brothers. The two brothers are nothing alike and Camilla is taken for a ride. Samuel is a billionaire with whom Camilla has scored a coveted review with but soon Camilla is thrown for a loop when his brother enters the picture.
I found this story a little hard to get into. Camilla’s character comes off as very naïve and weak. Samuel comes off as an arrogant person at first, but he has a heart. Adrian gives a good first impression but soon his true colors begin to show. I found it hard to connect with any of the main characters and disliked the supporting ones. I found it hard to believe a lot of the plot and how nobody seems to know much about a famous man like Samuel who is always in the paper and in the limelight. Since this is the first book, I took it all with a grain of salt and want to see if the second installment gives listeners better plot and character development. Narrator Amber Bray moves the story along at a good pace and speaks clearly.

Great Read
Buried Obsession (Dark Obsession #1) was a good read by Roxy Sinclaire. Camille is invited to Billionaire Samuel's estate to get the inside scoop on him. She never expected to fall hard for him or find out that he has a twin brother Adrien. But she quickly finds herself in over her head. I enjoyed this book and can't wait to read more by the author.

Buried Obsession
An obsession with a twist. Who knew being attracted to twins could cause so much pain and angst. I really enjoyed this book and with the cliffhanger it has, I will definitely be listening to the next soon.

Good
Overall I like the concept and story. Male narrator could have made it but not a deal breaker. Interesting how Samuel has to take the role of patriarch and deal with his psychotic twin. Adrian is clearly unstable. Camilla started out such a strong woman and independent but ended so weak but I guess that is what happens when you are stalked. I look forward to seeing what happens next.

Okay story. Naive girl torn between two brothers
This wasnt my favorite book. This is a new author to me and her writing was fine... there were times I felt like there was too much description but overall the writing was good. I liked Camille. I think she was a little weak at first. Adrian was obviously a poor choice but she kept going out with him and I don’t understand that. He was a jerk.
This book had angst and jealousy. And a character drawn to two men. It was an entertaining story.
The narration was fine. Again not my favorite. I didn’t like her male voice but her narration of Camille and the rest of the story was good.

A CLIFF-HANGER THAT MAKES YOU WANT TO KEEP GOING
This story is the beginning of a trilogy with a cliff-hanger. I normally don’t like cliffhanger, but because I got the set, I can deal. Samuel and Adrian are twins that Camilla meets during a blog interview that she has with Samuel. Adrian pretends to be Samuel but is outed as Samuel catches him. Camilla isn’t sure why Samuel seems to hate his identical twin and she goes out with Adrian only to find out that he is not the man she would ever want to be with. Adrian’s behavior is well written and thought out. His obsession and true character come to full light at the end of this book.
For me, the narrations should have been done by a man or shared with one

It's Okay
This is book one and it does leave you with a cliffhanger. I found myself getting bored with the story. Camilla drove me crazy and not in a good way. I just couldn't picture one brother wanting her let alone both! This story does have mystery, intrigue, romance but I still found it hard to get through due to really not liking Camilla. The narration was okay. Amber Bray has a lovely voice but she made the characters, especially the brothers, sound so stiff and snobbish.
