Just F***ing Do it!
Author both gives practical advice (like the importance of procedures and standards) and motivational (shedding an employee mentality that holds many people back). The language is accessible enough that people, who are not native English speakers can understand and get a lot of value from the book.
Also, it is read by the author, which is a bonus in itself.

What about Jake Desyllas’s performance did you like?
I liked that the author read it himself and had an interesting English accent that was also easy to understand.
Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?
I will definitely listen again. The emphasis on how sales tell you how to shape your business is very important. The book is short but has punch and perspective. It isn't just a rehash of others' ideas.
