A nice listen
Ram Dass is a good speaker and a charismatic character. Some of the references and stories he tells are a little impenetrable for me now in 2022 but very on brand for what I imagine of the 60 and 70s.
It was not as life changing for me as some others might find it. But it was a nice listen, clever, funny and powerful at times.

You are not your mind or body
A fantastic reminder of the above. I love affirmations however this book brought me home to remember that I am not my name, age, occupation or family and I can always return to that place whenever I need it. All we ever really need can be found within.

Beautiful eloquence and clarity
I love the beautiful eloquence and clarity that Ram Dass offers in his teachings through amusing anecdotes and poignant personal experiences.
His stories take you on a journey through highs and lows. Some tears of gladness some tears of sadness, with cosmic truths that resonate deeply.
