A Delightful if harsh story

Loved Disneys adaptation as a child so thought I’d give this a go seeing as I enjoy adaptations.

The story though darker and with a few changes resembles the film massively. Impressive considering Disneys track record.

Be prepared for a darker, more realistic telling of the titular characters life. But it’s still whimsical telling with great narration and lovely music.

It gets a high recommendation from me
