Helped my mom!

Exercises tailored to those with osteoporosis

It's important to be healthy, but when you have osteoporosis it can be difficult to find exercises that suit what you need. Dr. Daulton’s expertise really shows through in the routines tailored for people with arthritis and osteoporosis.

What I loved most is how achievable everything feels—no special equipment or gym visits required. Just exercises I can do from home. And I think it's so cool that you don't have to do this for months and months before seeing any progress. I feel like a few days of doing this helps you build confidence that you can really keep at it with the exercises. And in a couple weeks you start to really see improvements in posture and strength.
