Outstanding book!
Intermittent fasting for women book I found interesting to me. This book opened my eyes a lot when it comes to health and fitness. I started to approach these methods to my everyday life and good outstanding results, I lost some weight and now I am feeling like my body is flying, unbelievable. A big thank you!

Interesting topic.
I love how the author separates men from women in this book. The book has very detailed explanations, risks, factors to avoid, it also has different strategies you need to fallow in order to get the best results possible. If you do everything as it says you will get a lot of great benefits.
