Un libro que cambia la vida
Muchas de las ideas son contra intuitivas y contrarias a las normas culturales. La masa muscular no se reduce durante el ayuno. El metabolismo aumenta en lugar de disminuir. La autofagia proporciona considerables beneficios para la salud. Para mí esto se está convirtiendo en un evento que cambia la vida.

Buena guía de referencia antes de comenzar un ayun

Good Book
I have read a lot about intermittent fasting, keto, Atkins and many other diets… This approach works the best for me so far, I am using intermittent fasting for over 2 months, searching for new information, buying books, and this is a good one. Recommend to listen to this book.

Great details
I have been working out for quite some time and I still make lots of mistakes on lifting. If you’re new to workout especially lifting this book is going to be useful! Basic to the point tips and guide to starting out. My son is a newbie to this and he is actually taking the pointers and using them to do this 12-week program. Look forward to finishing the book.
