Summary

In a world similar to our own 17th century, one man's kindness lifts a poor, homeless boy from the dirt and sets him on an unlikely path of adventure.

An average man would use a silver coin to buy food for a week.

An extraordinary boy can use that same coin to build an empire.

OK

I enjoyed listening to this book...don't get me wrong but there were so many missing links, like what exactly is this book about? is is a sequel to Game is Life? who is Leo? how and why was he left on the streets when he was a child? how does he and his wife first fall in love? how does his friendship grow with the prince? This seems like an empire building story but most of that was skipped. At the end of the book...I am confused.
