Cash in biography of another princess

During this interview to promote Andrew Morton's latest biography which is on Meghan Markle, the interviewer asks the author whether he has met her. The bizarre reply is quite long winded and he rambles on about how he has lived in Pasadena where everyone talks about Meghan all the time but he does not actually say at any point that he has actually met her. I suspect he has not. Andrew Morton has pedigree in royal biographies having famously uncovered Diana in the 1980s and I am sure that many with trust the Morton brand to do the same on Meghan and will buy this regardless. In this short interview he talks of "previous boyfriends" and Meghan's "heritage of slavery" whatever that means, but I am sure it will appeal to some. I would question whether he has the credentials to write this book.
