Summary

Everyone wants revenge. That's what I tell my new would-be partner in crime, Sadie Scott.

"You're crazy," she says. "Certifiably insane."

Just a little. But isn't everyone a little crazy?

"And I'm gonna get the hell away from you as fast as I can."

She's so cute when she's defiant.

"As soon as I get my memory back and figure out who I am."

Yeah. That little problem is definitely working in my favor.

"So stay away from me, Thomas Brooks. Or I will...."

She'll what? We're perfect for each other and she knows it. But if she needs a little more convincing.... Well, there's a friend of mine she needs to meet. He's very convincing.

Yes, Sadie Scott, you're mine now. We were made to be together. Body, mind, and soul.

We were made to be together. Just the three of us. Together. Forever.

What a fantastic twist!

I have no idea how she does it but JA Huss is an author who takes you on a trip encouraging you to think you know where you’re going and then … she catches you out.

What a thrilling way to conclude the trilogy of the Alphas, though I hope there will be more to come.

This book will blow your mind!!

Are you kidding me?!? How does Julie come up with this stuff? I just finished Anarchy Chained and my mind is blown (no pun intended)!! I absolutely LOVED the ending to this series...I loved them all, but Thomas and Sadie...Soooo good! And Teddy Hamilton - I think I’m in love (from this book and others) - and Kate Russell was perfect for Sadie (first time I’ve heard her). I’m just so amazed at every little detail from Julie...it all comes together so perfectly and I can’t imagine how she keeps it all straight! Not to mention the hot, hot, hot sex! JA Huss is bad *ss!!!

Couple of disclaimers - this is not your typical, sweet, lovey-dovey romance...it is fantasy, supernatural story lines with some hot Super Villains!! And I don't normally read this fantasy type genre...but this was an awesome ride! Julie's writing will pull me into any genre, she's just that good! You also do need to read the first two to have ANY idea what is happening in this final book. But it is worth it. So worth it.

Liked this one so much!

I skipped book 2, Anarchy Missing, because it's not in Plus 🙄😠 and not super invested in the series, 🤷‍♀️ but I really wanted to hear Thomas' story.
Oooh and I was right. 😈 This is more my style. Dark and psychological with more of a mad science experiment twist. I liked this soooo much! ❤ Luckily, the story fills you in enough on what happened to Thomas in book 2 that you don't really need to listen to it, unless you want Case's story.

Another great trip down the rabbit hole...

Exciting, different, and sexy! In a class by it's self. Each story as intriguing as the last.

10 stars!!

Love the book. Love the series. Love Teddy's narration.

The world created by this author is unique. The characters are fascinating. The plot of the 3 books comes together amazingly well at the end of this story.

Wish it didn't have to end, but seems to be the last book in the series.

Phew...another wild ride by Huss!!

Geesh. The twists & turns! What comes out of her head. These romances are darker than usual, but I still find myself liking the characters & rooting for them!! Huss is a master story writer and an auto-buy for me. The narrators were also very good. All together, the series is a good one & well worth the credits.

Hopefully Not the End of This Fantastic Ride!!!

This series is so refreshingly different and cool. The alphas are the bad guys, or are they?
Prodigy is not as dead as the alphas thought, victory is not a foregone conclusion, and the enemy of your enemy can be more than just your friend. The Sullivan-Sadie-Thomas relationship is interesting and a tad kinky-love it!

JA Huss has such an amazing imagination and the ability to not only tell a story but make you feel it. I have been auto-downloading everything with her name on it, and so far, I am just blown away more and more with each story. The awesome news is that JA Huss likes to revisit some of her characters and cross series with cameos. I really hope to get a glimpse into the futures of these "supervillans" somewhere down the line.

On top of all that, the narrators did a fantastic job. I just can't recommend this series enough!!

My favorite of the three books in the series

Overall Story for the series was good. I liked picturing in The city in my head like I was watching Arrow or Daredevil. The 1st book was good enough to get me to read the second. I didn’t care for the second that much. Story and narration lacked but I’m really glad I held on so I could read this last book about Thomas! Best of the three.

Awesome ending

What an awesome series ending. And so many turns you don’t see coming. I wish the story could go on. Maybe even just a check in on our super villain heroes.

Please don’t try to make readers get on board with rape

The female protagonist is repeatedly violated (quite graphically) by one of the male protagonists in this book and yet somehow has no problem teaming up with him or turning around in the next chapter and having the other protagonist treat her like his favorite blow-up doll. What’s a little rape between friends, right?

I understand that this is a fantastical story, but come on. The author might as well rename the book: ‘No Means Yes’. I would hope for more from a female author. Scratch that, I would hope for more from any author.
