Although I've changed since listening to this book, More focused on career than other things, the tips here do translate. I would recommend to anyone seeking assistance attracting a partner without using stupid PUA copy/paste methods.

Much like 3% Man and No More Mr Nice Guy, most of the principles in this are similar, but more re-enforcement never goes a miss I suppose… I listenEd at 1.2 speed and it was listenable….

He gave a very good and different perspective to dating multiple women and quite informative, but he was not as detailed as Corey Wayne's "How to be a 3% Man".

I'll actually suggest to everyone interested in having the best result to read both the Alpha Male Strategies by AMS, and the How to be a 3% by Corey Wayne; with that you'll have the best of both worlds.

This is the book I've looking for for the last 3 year's. This is by far the best book out there for beta males. Just bear with the narrator's lethargic voice though
