I love the repeatition
Not manny affirmation audio books realy create a groove for the affirmations to flow but this one is great at that I now hear my thoughts and I too repeat these affirmations so that they stick in my mind, thank you for making this Ive researched affirmations and the research shows that this type of repetition sticks in mind and helps make the best progress so im pleased with this

This audiobook served as a constant source of inspiration and empowerment for me as I have been working hard over this period of my life to create the reality I desire and deserve.
