This is a wonderful book - the way it goes through the ADHD brain, what is normal, and different ways to tackle activities was wonderful. I really learned a lot. My adult daughter was recently diagnosed, and as soon as I read the book, I could see her on the pages. I'm so glad I took the time to read this because not only do I feel more prepared, but I also feel like I can be more understanding and helpful. Thanks to the author for this great book!
